CANDY'S LINGERIE
GO BACKCandy's Lingerie asked me to produce a poster to announce their new store opening in Fitzory. I was given full creative freedom while producing this poster, the only objectives were, "hot and sexy".
I decided to create a bedroom scene, encapsulating girlhood and feminity through the two figures engaging in an intimate 'gossip sesh'. Satin sheets and pillows were used to further reinforce the 'hot and sexy' energy. Surrounding items such as plants, neon lights, discoballs and playboy magazines were used to reflect a feminity in a bedroom. To incorporate the brand's identity, I maintained a pink and purple colour scheme. Images of Candy's customers have been scattered as posters in the background, commemorating the significant milestone for the brand while serving as a reminder of how far the brand has come.
The poster was hung up around the streets of Fitzroy.
INSTAGRAM POSTER
I created an instagram square inspired by one of my previous personal works to showcase the store's new address as part of their grand opening. I maintained with the pink and purple colour scheme which exuded a strong 'y2k' energy to further engage with the brand's followers and clientele. To add a personal touch, I incorporated a graffiti sketch in the background, spelling out 'Candy's', to foster a direct association with the brand.
